Oh dear, so frustrating....... Lost it in midfield in the second half.

Stockdale 6 - nothing to do.
Bruno 5 - not up to his usual standard
Bennett 6.5 - a threat going forward, but defensively inept, that's 4 goals he's cost us this season. Play in midfield and get a LB who can defend.
Hughes 6
Dunk 6
Gardner 6 - better than normal, played with a bit more heart, and hit some lovely cross field passes.
JFC 4 - hopeless - a shame as had been playing better of late
Bennett 6 - nothing of note
KLL 6 - buzzed about and looked dangerous
Colunga 5 - brilliant pass for the goal, but should have been substituted as he was shattered. Stupid red card, though the first yellow was wrong
Bent 6 - finally we look a bit more dangerous.

Ince - 5 - sloppy
Solly - 5 - good to see him back


Sami - 3 - Unless he was injured, ridiculous substitution of Bennett. Normal pathetic tactics, that leave us vulnerable every time we lose possession up field. It was time for him to leave 2 weeks ago, and nothing has changed.

Hooper (Ref) - 4 - just a prat.

If this evening's general mood on here is anything to go by, I can see some zeros popping up before the night is out!

Thought Bent looked good; can't understand why our players seemed so reluctant to cross it, though - always seemed to want to turn back rather than cross it early.

Funny old game. I thought Bruno was one of our better players. Thought JFK was utter garbage & Colunga poor except for the pass for the goal. The manager doesn't deserve a 3. Would give him 1.5 (& that's generous!)

Stockdale: 6. Not much to do and had no chance with either goal. Distribution was alright as well.
Bruno: 6. Seemed composed on the ball but I do worry when he is out of position.
Dunk: 7.5. Kept McCormack very quiet and led the back line superbly.
Hughes: 7. Was not as noticeable as Dunk but did what he needed to do. I don't panic when one of Greer/Dunk aren't available as he's more than capable.
Joe Bennett: 6.5. Did well going forward and wasn't great defending but did ok. Partly at fault for the winner I think, with Ince.
JFC: 5.5. Didn't see much of him, to be fair, but linked up ok with the back 4 in a deeper role.
Gardner: 6. Not a bad game, showed some good passes and movement...still crap at shooting though and held onto the ball far too long at times.
Elliot Bennett: 6. Worked hard on the right but didn't seem to be on the same wavelength as Bruno - a couple of glaring looks Bruno's way in the 1st half.
KLL: 6. Had the beating of their RB on more than one occasion. Looked dangerous until he was crocked.
Colunga: 6. Would have been a 7 but for the needless red. Good pass for the goal and always looked to run at the defence. Very lightweight, but had attacking intent.
Bent: 7. Would have loved for him to have scored the header in the 1st half but them's the breaks. Looked dangerous and linked up play well, but we seemed unwilling to cross the ball unless he was in the box, which when he drifted out wide we lost momentum. Quite exciting, hopefully this is the start of a fruitful period for him.

Ince: 6. Covered a lot of grass to break up play, and some good passing but he always looks like the lovechild of Patrick Vieira and Bambi - very languid movement and never looks like he quite has full understanding of how his limbs work. Partly at fault for the winner.
March: 6.5. Not on long but looked to be very direct and attempting to pass his man. Good to see him back.

Overall: Dominated the first half overall (the front 4 worked very well I thought) but as soon as we scored we became nervous on the ball and after they scored, completely lost our shape. We just don't seem to play that well in the second half at home.

Fulham were best team at the Amex this season. We held our own in the first half, and then the usual happened

Stockdale 5 - good shot stopping in first half but his clearance direct to a Fulham player led to their first goal. Loses concentration too easily
Bruno 6 - spent second half virtually all alone, because Fulham had sussed that we weren't going to use him. But incisive when he had the chance
Bennett 7 - very good first half with good forward moves and clearing up messes in defence. MoM for me
Hughes 6 - didn't miss Greer
Dunk 5 - premiership scouts likely to conclude he isn't ready to step up yet
Gardner 6 - very good in the first half but faded like everyone else. But today was first time I actually saw something in him
JFC 4 - not one of his best. Must never ever take a free kick ever again
Bennett 5 - not at his best but some useful passes
KLL 6 - was looking very good indeed until injured
Colunga 4 - idiot. Seemed over confident all match
Bent 7 - showed what a centre forward can do

Ince 5 - still Bambi on ice
Solly 5 - promising return but Sami will coach that out of him

Stockdale 6 no blame for goals but poor distribution putting players in trouble.
Bruno 6 Had no body to give the ball to
Hughes 6 Good defensively but we missed Greers attacking influence
Dunk 7 Steady
J Bennett 7 Good going forward suspect defensively.
E Bennett 6 Faded into the shadows too often
Gardner 6 Nothing much wrong but no influence
JFC 5 Started off ok but got worse as game progressed
Lua Lua 6 Caused problems bug unfortunate to get injured.
Corlunga 6 First 65 mins 8 last 25 mins 4 lost the ball every time
Bent 6 Lead line well abd could have scored a couple more.
Subs
Ince 5 Ball control poor tries too hard so makes mistakes.
March 6 Looked short of match fitness, which obviously he is.
SH and NJ 3 players appearred to have no idea of what they should have been doing, very poor.
