Finally, a sensible thread.
50 seems excessive. 5 would be nearer the mark, but then I live in a hot country and wear shorts a lot.

Ah I'm with u on five pairs of normal/leisure socks..but with me being into garden/grounds maintenance mine get covered in all sorts of muck ..I do only buy them up Tescos mind ...but I like to keep my feet happy as I'm on them all day

Well that makes sense. I would imagine that you have several pairs of sturdy walking boots as well. Your feet are your main work tool in your profession after all.
