A bit of welcome relief - Sri Lanka A 198-6 from 43. What are the hopes and expectations from this tour?? I hope they just play Jordan all the way through, I think there's a very good cricketer in there, a bit of consistency is all that is required.

Got to try to get the batting sorted. Top order needs to speed up the run rate and someone needs to make big runs each innings.

Yeah....need a Hales or Buttler or similar. No good being 100-2 off 25 overs, other teams have moved on and we're a bit stagnant.

Ali is doing alright so far unless this puts the mockers on him. 36 off 13 balls,

Ali's a fantastic cricketer who can score runs quickly playing proper cricket shots. Hayles really isn't good enough technically... yet

Ali is going from strength to strength, an absolute gem of a player. He keeps getting better and better. I have a vision of Monty throwing beer cans at his telly in a bedsit in Essex about now.
