No option for neither? Really don't like either of them. Much as I like it 'Land of Hope and Glory' is all chorus so not sure about that either. Maybe 'Hey Jude' ('Hey Queen'?) or 'Born Slippy'? :D

The national anthem should be God Save The Queen.

Then, each individual nation of our country, when representing themselves in whatever way, should have their own, which they do for the most part.

It is time for England to identify itself and not be ashamed of everything that makes us great.

We used 'Land Of Hope And Glory' at the Commonwealth Games in 2002. I like that one.

Since Hodgson has become the manager the players have all sung it including Rooney.

Yeah, he made them. You've never seen such a lacklustre rendition. They look like a bunch of embarrassed 14 year olds who hate singing, but are reluctantly joining in because their teacher is watching, and looking on sternly.
