Isnt that always the case in the Champ so it doesnt clash with Prem League? I remember Barnsley 2/3 years back and even further Grimsby circa 2005

Grimsby was 13:30 on the Sunday I think.

Borough still OK by train even with that early KO

In a bizarre way, this fixture now appeals to me more. I did the Boro away last season where we all got a free pint courtesy of Mr Barber, this time I think it should be at least 2 pints and a voucher for the best Parmo that Middlesbrough has to offer.

Might be a must-win as well to make the play-off's........:ffsparr: Thanks Football League, surprised the highest division goes first would have thought they'd have wanted to build up to a crescendo!

The tales of what happened in Grimsby on the Saturday night are :ohmy::mad:featuring, but not exclusively containing, the following conversation

Lady From Grimsby "Will you buy me a drink"

Albion fan "Err.......why?"

LFG "Because I like you, do you have kids?"

AF "Yes, two"

LFG "I've got four, if you buy me a drink I'll take you outside"

AF "Errr, no thanks, four children, that must be tough going"

LFG "Tell me about it, especially as the fathers of three of them are in prison"

AF "Is that the time? I need to go, bye"

LFG "Don't do that, come outside with me, I've never ****ed a cockney before".

Can't see us taking 10,000 to this - which is the only way they will sell out The Riverside.

Mind you nor can I see them getting relegated ???
