Albion celebrate after going ahead

Gary Gardner scored for the second successive match – but this time it was only worth a point for Albion.
The midfielder was on target in the 1-1 draw at home to Blackburn today.
He followed his midweek winner against Wigan with a right-foot finish from Jake Forster-Caskey’s poorly defended corner on 42 minutes.
But Rovers top scorer Rudy Gestede claimed his tenth goal of the campaign in the 51st minute.
Gestede’s soaring header hit the woodwork and span back into the net for a leveller his team deserved.
Blackburn sent high balls into the box and, with Ben Marshall always a danger, chased a winner.
But Grant Hanley nodded a great opening wide and Albion’s best effort to pick up all three points also came via the aerial route as Gordon Greer headed over.
