The Amex welcomes Blackburn Rovers on Saturday with both clubs joining together to pay respects ahead of Remembrance Sunday.*
Preceding the minute’s silence both club managers will partake in the traditional laying of wreaths and we appreciate your support for this cause.
Opening Times
Dick’s Bar will open at the usual time of 11:30am and the Seven Stars at midday, both serving a large selection of food and drink, with concourses open from 1:30pm.
Before kick-off at the Amex we will be showing the Championship game Derby v Wolves (12:15pm kick-off) and the Premier League fixture Liverpool v Chelsea (12:45pm kick-off) in Dick’s Bar, the Seven Stars and concourses once opened.
The bandstand will have live music from 1:30pm and refreshments will be available from the outside bar. Within the family area of the East Stand we have face painting and the Brighton Golf Lab has its usual FREE nearest-to-the-pin competition.
After Albion’s game we will be showing QPR v Manchester United (5:30pm kick-off) in Dick’s Bar, the Seven Stars and the North Concourse.
Travelling to the Amex
We would like to remind all fans that engineering work is taking place between Brighton and Worthing closing all lines. There are extra buses replacing the trains between Brighton and Worthing that will accommodate match day passengers.

Those of you that will be affected, don't forget that you can also use buses free of charge for match day travel, including the South Coast 700 service run by Stagecoach. The club offers three park and ride sites around the city, Mill Road, University of Brighton and Brighton Racecourse. These will be very busy and in all likelihood full by 2pm. If you have no choice but to drive please make sure you arrive as early as possible. Details of how to get to each site can be found in ourtravel guide brochure.

If you intend to use one of the near stadium car parks we strongly recommend that you book in advance or arrive as early as you can as they will all be very busy and as with the P&R sites the car parks will be full by 2pm.
Finally our attention has been drawn to the fact that many fans are trying to use Knights Gate Road (the entrance closest to Lewes) to get into the Sussex University parking. If we allow fans to use this access we are in breach of the legal agreement with the university. Please do not try to use this access as you will be turned away.
