Brighton & Hove Albion will be remembering fallen servicemen prior to tomorrow’s game against Blackburn Rovers at the Amex, ahead of Remembrance Sunday this weekend.A Royal British Legion flag bearer will lead out the two teams and officials from the tunnel five minutes prior to kick-off, before four buglers line up in front of them facing the West Stand.
Sami Hyypia and Gary Bowyer will then lay wreaths in front of their respective teams, before the last post is played and the flags are dipped.
A bugler will then play the Last Post to begin the minute’s silence two minutes prior to kick-off – followed by the Reveille to signal the end.

Meanwhile the club and Sky Bet are offering fans the opportunity to bid for a signed match-worn poppy shirt in the #BidToRemember shirt auction, with all proceeds going directly to the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal, supporting the Armed Forces community.Each member of Albion’s playing squad from Saturday’s game will donate their limited-edition poppy shirt, each signed personally by the player who wore it.
