Don't normally post threads for other Championship match, but the result of this game will have a big impact on us.

Bolton are 23rd on 14 points
Us 20th on 16 points -3 goal difference
Wigan 19th on 16 points -2 goal difference

So what's the best result for us tonight?

A Bolton win we drop to 21st
A Bolton win by two goals Bolton overtake us, but Wigan fall below us
A draw as is, but if we beat Blackburn tomorrow will climb the table
A Wigan win as is

I don't think Wigan will be down the bottom come the end of the season, whereas Bolton might be.

So a Wigan win for me please.

On a side note, I've been working in Wigan the past two days and I had a pleasant chat with a Bolton fan whilst we waited for our delayed train from Wigan North Western last night.

That Virgin train is fast though!

Bolton and Wigan very close. I think their main rivals although Bolton probably hate Man Utd more from the old days!
