Just back from Middlesbrough, wow what a season.
How’d have thought back in October when we couldn’t hit a barn door, that we would end up league leading scorers? If only we hadn’t dropped so many points early on.
Only to miss the playoffs by two points is amazing. Have to say I’m glad we stuck with Sami.
Really looking forward to next season, hope we can hold onto Dunk after his 35 goals, well done Felelon for his 28 and thank you Brighton for signing Ellott Bennett after a month’s loan when we all asked why, to be able to get him on the cheap and be our 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] highest scorer.
It was a season of what if’s….
What if we hadn’t moved Stockdale to midfield?
What if JFC hadn’t proved us wrong & gone onto Real Madrid for 32,000.000 with add ons (thank you son)?
What if Jimmy Case hadn’t come back for that two month period?
Oh well, season’s over, good luck Sami for next year, at least we get to play Sunderland and Palarse next year.
Lastly, well done to Blackpool on winning the Championship. Only team ever to have 7 managers in one season and still win the bloody thing…Quite amazing
