After narrowly missing out on a draw at Bournemouth at the weekend, Brighton & Hove Albion welcome Wigan Athletic to the Amex on Tuesday night, with Sami Hyypia’s men looking to end their winless streak in the Championship.
*
Wigan have had their own shaky start to the season but Uwe Rosler’s side are now unbeaten in six games, although like Albion, they have a propensity for draws, with five of those six games ending in deadlock.
*
Official Football League sponsors Sky Bet offer 23/10 that a draw will be the outcome of this match, but I am more interested in their prices for an Albion victory.

The Seagulls are 13/10 to score a success and that is a price worth taking. There were a number of positives to come out of that Bournemouth match, not least the two goals. For those concerned about the draw, you can also back Albion to win at 4/6* in the "draw no bet" category where stakes are refunded it the game ends level.
*
For a last goalscorer, Paddy McCourt (14/1) continues to catch the eye. Stakes are refunded if he plays no part in the game, but he will net goals for Albion this season and the last goalscorer market is the place to be backing him.
*
Finally, and despite the 11 goals in the matches featuring the two teams last weekend, I think this will be a low scoring game. Sky Bet offer 4/6 on under 2.5 goals, and that is a tad generous. [h=3]ALBION V WIGAN
