Brighton & Hove Albion boss Sami Hyypia has warned his side against the threat posed by goal-happy Bournemouth and in particular 11-goal striker Callum Wilson – and has called upon his players to develop a ruthless streak to hurt teams during periods of possession.Hyypia told seagulls.co.uk, “He [Wilson] tries to get in behind the back four all the time, he wants to stretch the opposition, try to get some balls there and with his movement in the box, he’s a very dangerous player. We need to be very careful with him; every team needs a goalscorer and he has been one for Bournemouth this season.
“They are a very dangerous team, they’ve been together for quite a long time, they know each other very well and the team spirit seems to be really good. They are up for every game and I guess they feel confident in any game they play. It’s going to be a difficult task tomorrow, but we need to be confident as well.
“We need to be as up for it as they are and match their enthusiasm and desire to play football. We need to make it difficult for them and when we are on the ball, get our confidence and play as well as we know we can and then we have a good chance to get something there.
“It doesn’t matter who we play against, we need to learn to be careful at the beginning of the game; not to give them anything that will lift their confidence even higher; we need to be very concentrated from the start.”

“That’s what we have been lacking, we want to play nice football – but we are not doing so in the way I would like. We are effective in keeping the ball, but we need to be dangerous and make problems for the opposition with our possession.
“That’s possession for me; you need to be dangerous with it. At the moment we are lacking a ruthless attitude and mentality to make it difficult for the back four of the opposition.”
