The new Mitre Delta V12S Fluo football
November sees the debut of the new Mitre Delta V12S Fluo football which will be used across the Sky Bet Football League from this weekend through until March, and on Saturday the new fluorescent yellow balls will also feature the iconic Movember 'Mo' to celebrate the start of the Movember charity campaign.*Each year, Movember challenges men to grow moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness and funds for beneficiaries including The Football League’s Official Charity Partner, Prostate Cancer UK.
The new Mitre Delta V12S Fluo football will be provided to all 72 Football League clubs for their first matches of Movember and will feature in the 34 Sky Bet Football League matches that kick-off on Saturday, including Wolverhampton Wanderers versus Birmingham City and Albion’s fixture away at Bournemouth, both broadcast live on Sky Sports.*

Football League chief executive Shaun Harvey added, “This is another excellent example of Football League partners coming together to help promote a fantastic cause.*“The arrival of the Fluo balls is a staging post in the Football League season. It is great to be able to mark the first weekend of the new footballs and the start of Movember in this way.”
The Mitre Delta V12S Fluo is a hi-visibility version of the Delta V12S, the most advanced FIFA approved quality match ball ever made.
The football will be used in Sky Bet Football League matches from November until the end of February thanks to its high visibility in darker conditions; the fluorescent colour has also been proven to increase player reaction time.
The ball retains Mitre’s unique 12 panel construction keeping the ball stable at over 70mph whilst offering enhanced aerodynamics, optimising the speed and accuracy of a shot.
