I know he gets a bad press on here but he was very complimentary to us in his post match analysis, now available on player.

I personally don't understand the abuse he gets sometimes. Physically speaking he's probably an easy target but he seems to talk a lot of sense, particularly when I've heard him lately.

He's a crook (reformed?) and a foul and abusive man. He's a decent manager, but I wouldn't want to contribute to his wages.

He strikes me as a character that when things are going well he can be very pleasant. But on the other hand....

But he seems to be a good motivational manager.

He sets his teams up to do a job knows his players and although he is a bit lardy he would be better than what we have at the moment!!

I think that he set Rotherham up well and was unlucky not to get the win but not sure long term he is what we need. Seems like another Mickey Adams good with lower league clubs and players not sure how he would cope with a promotion seeking championship side, as TB maintains we are.
