Good Restaurants in Brighton & Hove?

Away from the football for a second, can anyone recommend a series of very good restaurants in Brighton and Hove? Need a selection of 3 or 4 to choose from. Done the Terre à Terre and Ginger Pigs etc, anything new that comes with a good recommendation?

personal favourite is Aumthong Thai on Western Road near Palmeira sq. Its not posh food, but high quality and reasonably priced

Sini hove st. Most of the restaurants along church road in Hove are nice to be honest.
