Almost certainly our last ever game in the Third Division South- 1957-58season. We beat Watford 6-0 to win the league and a striker (remember them?) Adrian Thorne scored five! I think the player being chaired off was Dennis (Flash) Gordon but it possibly be Glen Wilson, the captain, who scored the other goal, I think from a penalty. (Neither of them had much hair!) I was in the middle of those who ran on the pitch after the game. A night to remember!
