The Albion squad is 28 strong full of players of similar average quality. Surely the basic strategy is wrong. I would go for a much smaller squad of above average players at the same cost. So in January I would release/sell/loan out the following:

Ogrady

Chicksen
That would bring the squad down to 21 at a big reduction in cost. I would then buy 2 quality players - one striker and one creative mid field player. My team would then be (assuming all but Crofts fit)
