Yes, must be better than Hyypia. Get him in now so that he can plan for the Jan transfer window. Ten games without a win with a mid table budget is unacceptable. He's a decent manager with experience of this division. Hyypia is learning his trade and simply shouldn't be here any longer.

What we need at the moment is organisation. McDermott or Hughton would probably bring that I guess.

Yes! He's the most obvious and realistic choice in my opinion. Why would you be against him coming here Springal/Silk? I know he's bald and looks a bit weird but other than that I really can't see why anyone would be against him coming here... His credentials and experience are solid apart from at Leeds recently which really wasn't his fault.

At least he knows this division well and I would go with him rather than some mentioned but I feel that if SH goes so should Jones and possibly Burke.
