Players make mistakes week to week. The odd askew pass or sky'ed shot.
Refs and Linesmen get plenty wrong, a wrong offside call or penalty decision.
Managers can put out the wrong team, formation and tactics.

Chairmen can employ the wrong candidates.

There's nothing wrong with holding your hands up and admitting you've made one mistake, Tony.

The bigest mistake Bloom has made is employing Paul Barber and Burke both losers and full of thier own importance and also never wrong.
