I need a cooker supply capped off in Sompting fairly quickly, have been quoted £69 plus vat so far, bit steep I think, supply is 15mm copper with access in middle of built in unit, any recommendations or quotes would be appreciated.

Good plumbers tend to be busy so the 'fairly quickly' part might prove difficult for a price cheaper than you've already got. That said I've use the services of On Tap before and they've been quick and reasonably priced ( small jobs have been included in the call out charge of around £40 plus VAT if memory serves ).
