Brighton & Hove Albion season-ticket holders who have outstanding direct debit payments, and those wishing to upgrade season tickets for this weekend's visit of Rotherham United, are strongly advised to do so by calling Supporters Services in advance of their arrival at the Amex -and avoid peak queue times on matchday.Outstanding direct debit payments can be settled and tickets upgraded before arriving at the Amex by calling the Albion Booking Line on 0844 327 1901 at any time prior to the match (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or on Saturday between 9am and 1pm).*

For those who arrange upgrades in advance, an upgrade ticket will be sent out (where postage time allows) or held in the fast-track queue for ticket collections.**Meanwhile, our records show a small number of fans may have been unable to use their season-ticket smartcard when attempting to access the Amex on matchdays; please be advised you will need to visit the ticket office to arrange a replacement as stewards will not be able to allow access without a valid smartcard.
Again we would strongly advise arriving at least 60 minutes before kick-off, or calling the booking line in advance for further advice.
