That doesn't tell the whole story... Arsenal players will always get an average position of being (roughly) placed in the middle because players always switch and cover different positions. If a player spends 15% on each wing, 20% playing central right, 20% playing central left and 20% covering for the back four, of course that will be the outcome! Obviously those number were made up, but you get the point. They won anyway, who cares?
