Cause to much congestion.

Always thought some council would see sense at some time!!!.

Having spent many years in Liverpool I can attest to the fact that they have an awful lt more busses than passengers and a lot fewer cars blocking up the place than, say, Brighton.

Having bus lanes there was a pointless idea in the first place.

Yes, it's always the obvious thing to compare two different and separate cities, and believe you can come up with the same answer on one creterion only...
