I fancy trying some Norwegian Brown Cheese - also known as Brunost. Does anyone know anywhere in the Brighton area that sells it ?

I'm pretty sure they used to have it in Waitrose. Weird stuff, caramel cheese.

this is gonna be a bit weird. but i live in norway and am down in worthing next weekend. there is a chance a can get some for you if you can get to worthing? have you had it before?

Sweet processed-type stuff?

I always have it in Akershus the restaurant in 'Norway' at EPCOT in Disney World. Strange stuff but I always get stuck in.

its lovely stuff. very common to have it with jam on bread it also comes in a convenient squeezy tube over here now if blocks of cheese arent your thing. theres also a kids version called primm.

furthermore, my mrs actually works in the factory that packs the stuff

That's a very kind and fantastic offer, but I'm away next weekend - half term and all that. Very much appreciated though.

trondheim been here just over a year now. brunost is lovely.

We get it from a local cheese stall. Weird stuff, tastes like "Caramac"
