We have been banned from using them in company car. You still see a lot of people on phones or even texting. I recently had someone go into the back of me at lights because she was texting and just rolling forward and didn't onow until she went into me. I confronted her as I watched her doing it (traffic in front of me was stationary) her first words was I don't usually do that.
