Jake Forster-Caskey helped England under-21s keep their Euro hopes alive tonight.
The Albion midfielder played the 90 minutes as they came from a goal down to beat Croatia 2-1 in the first leg of their qualification play-off at Molineux.
They will go through to the finals in the Czech Republic next year if they safely negotiate the second leg on Tuesday.
Forster-Caskey produced a tidy display alongside Tom Carroll.

Harry Kane and Saido Berahino scored the goals which gave England an advantage to take to Vinkovci.
Former Newcastle, Wolves and Republic of Ireland striker David Kelly, working for BBC radio, felt the Albion man did a good job.
He said: “I was impressed with Forster-Caskey and Carroll in midfield.
“They worked very well together. They are a very similar frame and very similar size and they both played very well.”
