Hyypia wants a turnaround from striker [The Argus]

Sami Hyypia will be looking for a turnaround in results when Albion are back in action after the international break.
He also, literally speaking, wants a turnaround from Chris O'Grady.
Hyypia believes the striker plays too much with his back to goal and would pose more problems to his markers by making more runs forward.
With Sam Baldock and Craig Mackail-Smith both injured, O'Grady was handed his first Championship start since mid-August in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Watford.
He led the line pretty well but, apart from an early shot easily saved by Watford goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes and another first half effort into the side netting, never threatened to score.
It has been a slow start for O'Grady since his £500,000 move from relegated Barnsley on a three-year contract in mid-July.
He started the first three games, against Sheffield Wednesday, Cheltenham and Birmingham, but the 28-year-old has become a peripheral part of Hyypia's attacking plans in the Championship following the further strengthening of the strike force in late August with the signings of Adrian Colunga from Getafe and Baldock from Bristol City.
Although O'Grady has started all three matches in Albion's Capital One Cup run, the latest against Burton, he has played no part in seven of the 11 Championship fixtures.
He replaced the hamstrung Mackail-Smith in the second half against Cardiff at the Amex last week and got his chance at Vicarage Road, with Baldock (calf) still absent as well.
Hyypia said: "I think Chris played okay at Burton. He stepped it up in the second half a little bit and then, when he came on against Cardiff, he was holding the ball.
"I didn't have any problem to start him (at Watford). He is training well, he's doing his work and he can be a tricky player for the centre-backs because he is so strong.
"I know that he can be dangerous. Sometimes I wish he would go forward a little bit more.
"He's not slow so he could give the centre-backs more problems if he didn't always come to the ball, made those runs forward as well."
Unfortunately for O'Grady, supporters are bound to make unfavourable comparisons with Leo Ulloa - whose departure to Leicester coincided with his arrival at the Amex - because he is the only target man-type striker Albion possess.
He had already scored five goals for Barnsley at the corresponding stage last season.

O'Grady has yet to strike for Albion but seems certain to play some sort of part when Middlesbrough visit on October 18, with Hyypia doubting Mackail-Smith will have recovered in time for that game. It will be almost exactly a year since O'Grady netted twice for Barnsley in a 3-2 home win against Boro.
He was also on target early last season against Huddersfield, the Seagulls' next hosts on October 21.
Albion need goals. Hyypia will be working hard on the training ground with O'Grady - along with the other front men - during the international break to give himself more of a chance of providing them.
Did You Know? Chris O'Grady made the 350th League appearance of his career with 12 clubs as a sub against Cardiff last week.
He has hit 84 goals for Leicester, Rushden and Diamonds, Rotherham, Stockport County, Rochdale, Sheffield Wednesday and Barnsley.
He did not score for Notts County, Oldham, Bury or Bradford.
