Very quiet after the game yesterday. Wandered up there when we saw the queue for the trains on the bridge, no queue to get in and no wait at the bar. Albion highlights shown in comfort with a live Sky alternative to catch up on the rest of the night's footie.
All very civilised, but perhaps another indication of the 'novelty' factor wearing off at the Amex. Only about 40 people in there, hard pushed to justify the 6 bar staff and 2-3 doormen. I know this has been marketed as a family facility, and after an evening game is bound to be less attractive to that market, but perhaps the higher prices also putting people off?
Oh, and the staff still can't pour a pint.
