It should be playable - at most the online servers might not be running yet but I imagine they will be

I ordered it from my sunlounger in Spain, so I bet they have sent it out as a European pre-order.
It's out in Europe today.

Preorders often arrive a day early - it's them overcompensating slightly so it's definitely arrived by launch plus it form a small unofficial bonus for buying in advance
