I would alter slightly
Go 4-3-3 more
If all fit

Stockdale........ Ankeram
Bruno......... Calderon
Greer......... Hughes
Dunk........ Chicksen
Bennett........

DM Holla........ Ince/JFC
DM Stephens........ Crofts
AM Texeria............ Paddy

RF Colunga........ March
CF CMS......... COG
LF Baldock.......... LuaLua

We have 4 decent enough strikers. We need to think on how to play to their strengths

Its beyond Sammi, we need to change the thinking in the boardroom. Lets compare our situation with that of Southampton. Sold their best players in summer for a fortune, lost their manager and it was expressed that they would suffer. They brought in an experienced manager, made some sensible buys, long excluded, and now are second in the prem. We sold our best players, changed our manager and are now languishing close to the relegation zone in the championship. We brought in a manager who has never managed in the UK with only 18 months experience of management, waited until the transfer window was nearly closed and honed in on whoever was left, in so doing had a poor start from which we have not recovered. Unpopular though this will be, the responsibility for our overall strategy lies with those who are at the top of the tree, Bloom, Burke and Barber. Don't blame Sammi, although he will be the fall guy, blame the aforementioned. I'm seeing poor governance at the club, we're stuck tis season with what we have, what a wasted opportunity!

Find players who can beat their man and commit defenders. If you can't create any openings/space your going to struggle to score goals

Go back to playing the system that gave us such success over the past few seasons but with quicker transition of the ball from back to front. The team did not need a wholesale change of formation

Play wingers on the wing and allow Crofts and JFC to attack rather than covering the full backs. The players are not the problem

Playing you best XI players does not necessarily mean it is your best side. I don't really rate O'Grady but i'd play him up front, either alone with Baldock/Cms/Colunga tucked in behind him, or play him as a partner with one of those three. We need a water carrier up front to take the knocks and ruffle a few feathers, the Blackpool centre halfs had a cake walk yesterday.

Stop rotation - pick your best 11, pick a formation that suits the players we have.

Don't disagree with what you say but depends upon contracts as offered to some of those coming in. We may well be screwed as a result for up to three seasons or more !
