Agency people serving who Dont know What they are doing and done
care.Massive queues in the Upper West making it impossible to get served . Get permanente staff and manage it yourselves . Bloke who served me yesterday did not know What a snickers bar looked like. Why Is nt it as good as the first year ? Why Dont you want to sell us stuff quickly and efficiently . Poor and unprofessional . Has anyone else any thoughts on how we might improve things ?

Cashless kiosks.

Significantly faster payments and no staff having to work out change

Unrealistic expectations of what can be achieved in a short space of time when demand is always going to outstrip the ability to supply and it would be unprofitable to increase outlets and staffing to try to meet that extra demand (ie, employ somone for 3 to 4 hours just to meet a demand that lasts for 15 minutes at half time & no-one would just take a job to work for half time as their costs of getting there are probably going to be higher than their earnings)

Maybe fans expectations need to be reduced to realistic levels rather than blaming everyone else.

Beachy Head & WSU
Never complained before but after match on WSU

South West Kiosk closed
North West Kiosk only half open
Not all tills maned on centre kiosk

WSU not crowded but still huge queues to long after full time - Left at 5.20 beerless - miserable day all round - Swan or Lewes for me next time if I see Kiosks closed

No Maltesers in the 1901. They were the only confection that could have got me through the second half with any degree of mental equilibrium but do I come on here moaning about it? No, instead, I have bombarded to club with emails, torn up my season ticket and chained myself to the club shop.

It seemed like loads of tills were closed yesterday causing the queues to be even larger than usual. Cost cutting I guess?

Have to agree with you - there seems to be very little patience anymore - more fans acting like spoilt little brats who want everything now now now

We had loads of the little b'stards in our lounge. No Twix though, which is what I normally have and would have bought.

We had bucket loads of Twixes. Surely there is a simple catering matrix that would align my Malteser needs with my lounge and your Twix one with your lounge. If we can afford to pay Chris O'Grady £13 000 a week then surely we can afford some basic chocolate technology. Barber out!

Nonsense. I've been to plenty of arenas and stadia in the UK and around the world which have got it right or done a much better job than the current lot. Get a specialist company in, not a bunch of school dinner merchants.

It was a complete joke yesterday, the worst I have experienced it. Up until yesterday I had resisted this season but thought I would give it another go as the WSU was quiet due to people enjoying the outside entertainment. Very very poor - infact embarrassing. Never again.

very much this. Queued for ages for 2 Pints of Harveys at full time..didn't look good when some bloke after waiting ages stormed our murmuring ffs....and sure enough when was my time to served...no Harveys. Kiosks were closed, only 2 people serving at the one I was served. Don't get me wrong I had two pints of lager instead of Harveys but i don't think I will queue for ages will the possibility of only gnats pee available. So that's 2 customers lost....not really encouraging supporters to stay for a drink is it? I really hate criticising the club but I don't think the catering is great
