Being conned out of £71.49p

Not a happy bunny went to see brighton v Blackpool today , I am a season ticket holder and have been charged £71.49 and told I hadn't paid septembers direct debit and my ticket wasn't valid, I phoned my bank and they confirmed that my payment had come out on the 1st sept so my ticket should be valid I now have to try and resolve this with u , how often is this gonna happen as I am now overdrawn and very pissed off !!!!!

Please could you drop supporter services an email, supporterservices@bhafc.co.uk, and include fan number and personal details so that it can be looked into as a matter of urgency when the office reopens on Monday morning.
