...can you get them changed/fixed on the day? Have been running to and from work for the last saturday games, but not today. Sure the guy at the entrance to WSU is getting a little bored of scanning me in manually.

It was supposed to be a one off issue resolved by a visit to the ticket office.

Yes from at the portacabin opposite the shop (unless the new ticket office is open). There's usually quite a queue though.
