Looks lovely. My first thoughts however are: shouldn't the redevelopment plans for the Brighton Centre include very similar facilities and if so is there room in the city for two venues of this sort?

Secondly, it strikes me that what Brighton desperately needs, more than performance space, is a proper leisure centre, including a large swimming pool, where people of all ages can participate in a range of activities.

Personally I'd rather see a completely overhauled Brighton Centre, and a massive water park at Black Rock.

Been waiting 40 years since they shut the swimming pool there for it to be developed and that will never be built there
