I spoke to an Orient fan at the weekend who reckoned Slade isn't far from getting the boot there. Cardiff will get a 'name' in, somebody who can turn them around, it won't be Slade

Wish him well but I think that's Cardiff's hopes of auto promotion gone. Bizarre appointment imo, just like OGS appointment was.

Well done to Russell Slade, but this caught my eye

After all, Cardiff gave a chance to a mediocre manager from Watford and he took the Club to the Premier League. I did however give him a lot of money to spend for that – in fact, too much money.
