I have been thinking that we should commemorate Mr Salmond's contribution to UK politics for the future.

That's why I'm going to launch a petition that the weather forecast area of "Rockall" be renamed "Salmond". And that he be invited to live on the rock to send weather reports in. For the rest of his life.

I get what you are saying, but if he was that brilliant a political operator, would he be divisive and dangerous?

But then again, I guess Hitler was a brilliant political operator, but had plenty of opposition in his own country.

A Councillor in Seaford claims that he's (Salmond that is) a former member of the Communist Party who has been recruited by the KGB to break up our fair country. Says a lot either about Salmond, or about the Seaford Tory Party selection process.
