ALBION boss Sami Hyypia has vowed to stick to his beliefs after losing at Ipswich.
Last night's 2-0 defeat for the Seagulls at Portman Road was their fourth in seven games, leaving them 18th in the early Championship table.
The performance was much-improved following the weekend defeat at Brentford, despite the result, as Albion succumbed to late goals by Jonathan Parr and Daryl Murphy.
Hyypia told The Argus: "That doesn't help my feeling a lot but of course that gives us something positive.
"But football is about winning games. We have our way of playing and I'm going to continue the same way.
"That's how we like to play and I think the players are enjoying it.
"Of course the players would enjoy it more if they were winning games but that will come.
"We have to be patient and we have to work hard. Everything we do we can do even better and that's the way we are going to continue.
"They didn't build Rome in one week, so it's the same thing."
Hyypia continued his rotation policy with five changes. "That kind of rotation gives us fresh legs," he said. "I could see the difference. I don't think the performance would have been like this if we had played with the same eleven as on Saturday."
