Forget Scotland- massive news this week- I just renewed my tax disc and found out I WONT BE GETTING ANOTHER ONE!

And everyone can chuck theirs away on the 1st of October!

Mind blowing.

I went in the club shop, or whatever it's called last week and I see they are still selling BHA tax disc holders
This will soon become the most useless item on sale in there.
