By pompey he hasn't been there long

Striker Ryan Bird has left #pompey by mutual consent. Goalkeeper Peter Brezovan has also departed.

Blimey didn't take them long to get rid. He was always prone to a potential game changing mistake but he is more than good enough for League 2 I would have thought.

I thought he was a good keeper, some one in league 1 will have him.

Have any of the released players found themselves a decent club? The club made the right decision to get rid of all of them imo.

Yep, agree.

Only Orlandi has ended up at a club in a comparable division. Not sure of the standard of club that Spanish Dave went to, mind. But, must be 2nd or 3rd tier in Spain.

Koosh: Heard he might be training with Oldham, although I'm not sure if anyone else has heard that.

Spanish Dave: has gone back to Spain

Orlandi: signed for Blackpool

Hoskins: Signed for Oxford

Brez can count himself privileged to have played at a club with the greatest fans in the world. I trust he feels suitably humbled.

One of the worst keepers when under pressure I have ever seen at the Albion. Week in week out he would be ok, then along comes a big one and Brez would screw up every time.Any manager scouting him would just tell thier wide men to stick it in high around the six yard box and he would be in big trouble.....Pound for pound, Ankergren is and always has been a far better keeper than Brez.

I can think of at least three keepers worse than Brezo. He was the best penalty saver I have seen and that is a situation under pressure.
