Anybody appealed a PCN through pepipoo, if so did you win?

Pepipoo are very good for council tickets and MSE for private unlawful invoices. I appealed my own council ticket without Pepipoo help and won.

I will admit I never pay to park on private land which includes railway stations and hospitals as I believe I am using or paying for their services so they should provide parking as per Tesco etc. Most penalties are unenforceable in law and are just a means of getting more money. I am currently fighting a company who put a ticket on my car in Currys Staples car park in Horsham as I left the car in there to continue shopping in Horsham, having been in Currys and not found what I wanted.

The reason I ask is from my user name it is obvious I am a supporter and a couple of of other contributors have passed comment as also being supporters

Pepipoo get over 90% of posters off almost any Council PCN. Pepipoo will say it like it is if they think the person has no appeal and should pay at the discount - it's rare that happens but they are honest and they are experts. Almost all first appeals about Council tickets seem to get refused by Councils so the discount is the only time it's worth thinking about just paying. No-one should pay the full whack without trying adjudication.

Pepipoo are also great at appeals following the towing of a car to a pound by a Council, following a PCN. Almost every one wins all the money back on towing cases.

And both pepipoo and MSE are the forums to show people how to win a challenge about a fake private parking ticket. Both as good as each other on private tickets and they know how to win at POPLA independent stage as well. You will be fine and will not have to pay the 'fine' at Currys Horsham as it's not a real one. If you are taking pepipoo advice about POPLA appeal stage then you will win, without any doubt.

100% recommended.

That was the advice of schoolrun mum who seems to know her stuff and is also a seagull supporter I suspect. My appeal is due for hearing on or after 1st

What a strange ideal. For a start, supermarkets are in competition with each other and would damage trade if they charged for parking. They also make huge profits.

Railways and hospitals are under severe pressure to plug deficits.

Have you paid back your life saving cancer treatment yet?

No that is an entitlement under the NHS but why should I or anybody else have to pay to park a car to visit a doctor or specialist and thus allow the CEO of the health authority to earn more than the PM

You don't have to pay for parking. There are alternative means of transport.

Does the car park cost anything to run? Of course it does. I would rather parkers pay for that than it coming out of budgets elsewhere.
