I like "there" the most, but it's the most common gramatical mistake, I think, used when it should be "their".
Really annoys me when I see it, for some reason. Don't know why a simple mistake should upset me. The fact that it does .... upsets me

"their" and "they're" can be replaced with substitutes, very difficult to use an alternative to "there" in circumstances i can think of.
