I liked him. Never seemed to have a bad game for us (and a cracking header v Coventry in 2011) though i think his tag of 'utility' player didn't help. Glad he's getting some success.

I was surprised when he was let go, never really had a bad one regardless of the position he was played in.

I was surprised when he was let go, never really had a bad one regardless of the position he was played in.

May have something to do with the change back to seven subs. When there were only five RV was a no brainer for the bench because of his versatility.

Sad we let him go not least of all because of his goal scoring headers.
