I liked him. Never seemed to have a bad game for us (and a cracking header v Coventry in 2011) though i think his tag of 'utility' player didn't help. Glad he's getting some success.

I was surprised when he was let go, never really had a bad one regardless of the position he was played in.

May have something to do with the change back to seven subs. When there were only five RV was a no brainer for the bench because of his versatility.
Sad we let him go not least of all because of his goal scoring headers.
Why dig up an old thread about him scoring for Orient, when he has just scored for Coventry?
Start a new thread! Far too much digging up old threads going on on NSC at the moment when starting a new one makes much more sense and adds clarity.
