Feeling very good about out chances this season now.

It's a long old season and a good squad is key, I believe we have that now.

It might not be the strongest 11 we've ever had at The Amex but it's certainly the strongest squad.

Lots to look forward too starting this Saturday against Charlton.

24 over 21 first team squad + 3 under 21s . Includes three loans. I think this is the optimum number, leaving one place spare for an emergency loan signing?

Any new signings will mean a departure

Have we got an opposition scout? Do we need an assistant manager? Do we need a special attacking coach?

A maximum of eight players can be brought in on loan throughout the course of a campaign.

Does that mean 2 players in each position depending upon the formation?
