Wasnt he the guy that Gus was chasing for quite some time? Protracted transfer saga whilst Monkhouse was at Swindon as I recall. Just seen he's playing for Bristol Rovers in the conference. Wonder how many of this seasons targets we'll be bothered about in a few years time. Not any would be me guess.

Scored last night against Forest Green - powerful downward header from the edge of the 6-yard box, getting in front of his man, from a nice cross from the left.

The type of goal we're unlikely to score with our current squad, unless, possibly, O'Grady were playing...
