Spanish forward Adrian Colunga is set make his debut against Swindon having joined Bolton (sic) from Getafe on Sunday.
However fellow new arrival Joe Bennett has a calf injury and will miss out.

I haven't heard of this for season long loans. Think you are getting it confused with short term loans.

You don't half spout some utter nonsense. He is on a season long loan from Liverpool, they want him playing as much football as possible to get experience. I cannot remember one instance of a side not allowing someone to play in a cup game when on a season long loan, it goes against the reason they've sent the player out on loan for the season in the first place.
