It is refreshing to see so many ex Albion players and former loanees currently plying the trade in the PL.
It has to be a good sign that we are moving in the right direction.

There are:-

Bobby Z
Paul Mcshane
Matty Upson
Dean Hammond
Chris Wood
Leo Ulloa
Liam Bridcutt
Will Buckley
Is Steve Haper still at Newcastle?
Steve Sidwell, or is he still with Fulham?
How about Razak or the other city player we had on loan?
Does Gareth Barry count?

Can anyone think of any more?

To be fair, Upson was PL long before he came our way.

If it wasn't for Poyet going to the PL, doubt Buckley nor Bridcutt would be there now.

And he chose to come to us! He then chose to leave again, but that is not the point.

That is a little short-sighted and unprovable.
If you like we could add Bridge and Kuszczak who were PL for the majority of there careers.

But your thread is about players who play for the PL now. Bridge and Kuszczak don't.

Kemy WAS, and indeed still IS, PL quality.

Not the perfect yardstick for quality control purposes.

The a few have said on here. Players are ready. The teams not. Thinking about that now. Makes sense.
