Bagelman: no salt beef. No egg mayonnaise.

Bagelman was on this forum touting their shops last week.

I have been in their 'flagship' store at Brighton station three times and they had no salt beef. Went in there after the match today and again no salt beef and no egg mayonnaise.

What kind of bagel shop is it that has no salt beef and egg mayonnaise?
