Did it never occur to him that it's possible to have a Twitter account AND a job?
Plenty of people do both, as I understand it.
What an utter, utter **** - he's probably gone a fair way to rendering himself unemployable in the future as well. Can you imagine him in the interview when the "so, why did you leave your previous job?" question comes up?
