One Lesson

If we need to learn one lesson from football it should be how clubs can win and play well away but feel so much pressure to perform at home. The home crowd can expect too much or create a feeling they are entitled to a win and apply undue pressure for success.

At Sheff Wed there were people abusing JFC after 18 mins of the match, 18 mins into the new season, throughout the match there were groans and derision directed at our players, please, for the sake of the team let's make Saturday a time to encourage, support and be tolerant. Our younger players are only going to learn and develop by experimentation, by having a go and trying things, will that always work, no, do they need abuse and does that help, no.

Hold your lip and use that old saying, if you haven't got anything to say, say nothing. Please get fully behind the eleven players on the pitch. That is all you may now call me a cock.
