Hey ho - another phrase that many people have never heard of, and somebody jumps up and shouts, 'Racist'. Never heard the phrase before - what does it mean?

Calling a Thai a tingtong means they are mental, stupid etc against what the MEP thought was a Little Britain insult and she is one of their MEP's, no wonder they will never have an MP
